Children's Class |

Students 7-10 train from 3:20 to 4:20. Classes will be structured around development of balance, coordination and awareness of self. Children in this age range have rapidly changing bodies. We endeavor to help them learn about their strengths both physically and mentally. Exercises and games will teach them team effort, conflict resolution and appropriate use of power through Aikido techniques.
Students 11 and older train from 4:30 to 5:30. This program offers the same as mentioned above but at a more advanced skill level. This age group has access to the Wednesday night adult basics class with instructor recommendation and parental approval.
Member parents and senior students are welcome to participate in all classes.
